Don't be fooled by the marketing—there's no heated pool or private indoor pools like advertised. My room was poorly maintained, smelling of fresh varnish and featuring dirty bedding. Water issues persisted with inadequate flow, and despite expectations, basic amenities were lacking. The overall atmosphere turned a bit bleak after dark as the place was dimly lit. The communication barriers add another layer of inconvenience, making it awkward for anyone not fluent in French.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and truly felt like family, especially when they went out of their way to assist me during my illness. I appreciated the personal touch of ordering meals, which were made fresh upon request, delivering exceptional flavors. The peaceful garden view added a lovely ambiance to my stay, perfect for relaxation.

The garden is breathtaking. with a huge pool and plenty of sun beds. Sabrina was an amazing host, and the staff made sure every meal was freshly prepared and delicious. The private bathroom was so convenient too.

The Double Room was super comfy! Really clean and spacious, with a private bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the sunset. The air conditioning kept things cool at night, which was a lifesaver. It felt like a nice little oasis away from the city hustle. Plus, the staff were attentive and made sure everything was just right for us.

A tranquil retreat just outside Marrakech with beautiful gardens and a spacious pool. The staff, especially Hassan and Ibrahim, treated us like family, making our stay memorable. Be prepared for a lack of local dining options and ensure to organize transport ahead of time.
